Unplanned Pregnancy Support
I’m pregnant – what am I going to do?
Finding out you’re pregnant when it wasn’t planned or intended can be a shock and in the midst of the confusion and numbness, the question “what am I going to do?” can often flood the mind and send the heart racing.
It is normal and understandable to feel frightened and confused. You may feel that your world has been turned upside down. You may see this pregnancy as a huge crisis in your life and are terrified by the possible impact this may have.
Whatever tension there is between your head and heart right now, we want you to know that we care and we are here to offer a listening ear to you. We will help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and the options available so that you are well equipped to make the choice which is best for you.
What are my options?
There are three main options available to you:
1. To continue with the pregnancy and choose to become a parent.
2. To continue with the pregnancy and choose adoption.
3. To terminate the pregnancy by having an abortion.
We would love to see you and sit down with you to explore these in greater detail, so reach out today to one of our trained practitioners who will help you understand what each option involves so you can make a more informed choice.
